Your responsibilities
, G0 {9 w, \- U• Provide administrative support to the sales team
. s8 P" U1 ]3 Z5 [4 H3 H: m7 k• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
. {0 L3 S2 c0 d, a. X8 F• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
/ c- S6 a9 U0 `• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
• Other duties may be assigned

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

! f* a5 W0 `9 p6 m3 s  S# U  H• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
