2. 1-3年相关工厂工作经验

工作内容：
' L0 d: ^" a/ AJOB SUMMARY
7 l+ Q+ o# }+ e9 a% D1 tUnder the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
8 Y; C( Q' ]2 V/ x' i3 T-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
) T4 J. R4 d- ?-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
) N  m) T/ |5 m1 Q* c-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
% t. X3 V# y% S8 z! _-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
/ X5 I' v  o! j% `1 S' ?7 q) b' w-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
& }; `- O4 [5 j6 w" D, D-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
3 y( V' V" {- y$ [; i. Z- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
6 w. d9 F+ \( D& M1 y& y9 q7 p6 Y) Q-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
" Z) |- h+ P$ ]/ M0 e) L-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
8 V  `- X. N5 x+ Z- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
