早班：6:45am--3:00pm
中班：2:45pm--11:00pm

4. 会Microsoft Office：World and Excel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
% q/ [( ]0 e6 x' Z+ G-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
# ~* [7 I: _, u) |' U- M% C-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
+ M: p5 f& A5 I9 H- H-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
, M( K1 A$ f4 ]-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
3 Q. t: J. ~8 S3 E- E% D6 ?0 V-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
" h: Q3 `- [( u( E  i; u, a0 L& W-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
6 j1 v; h6 y0 C- R2 L0 f) p2 D-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
8 a4 [, u& N" e# J  e. O- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
% x: b) n3 A8 L, |/ J  y5 d- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
7 U# U6 L- m6 `1 c-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
8 d- K3 @' n4 O3 V; V' F-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
& g7 p& I9 h' Z, x6 h) J- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
