• Sales assistant / Client advisor / Administration
  We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Sales assistant duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

• Welcome and greet customers  in professional manner
• Pick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

• Build up and retain long relationship with relationship with client
• Processing the paper work for opening and closing account in CRM system

Responsibility:

• Work with sales and marketing team, analyze clients’ data and trends.
• Generate report according to database.
• Develop and monitor the collection of data, sensible to market.
• Develop solutions and strategy according to data.

Requirement:

• Minimum college degree in computer science.
• Knowledge of marketing makes you outstanding.
• Ability to research, analyze, and prepare reports.
• Ability to develop and maintain databases.
• Experience in data analyst is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, SQL Server, or other programming language.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
