We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Sales assistant duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers  in professional manner
' l# u! |  `( d- h, IPick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
2 A7 R* f3 R$ yEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
5 G  e. m) P; p3 A& U6 Y% r, DTo determine specific scheduling requirements.
5 R' p3 d8 u# fBuild up and retain a long relationship with the client
/ B& O( r/ f. w, V# B9 b- \, _Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system

Requirement
Proven working experience in the financial industry
" i) Q5 ?  U: Q0 ^People-oriented and results-driven
. N) |: v! s. n5 HBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
0 M. C3 g  W. y6 F# KSolid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administration skills
