Administrator duties include booking meetings and events, consulting, selling and doing after service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner Pick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers Prepare regular reports and presentations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Accurately describe financial product features and benefits To determine specific scheduling requirements. Build up and retain a long relationship with the client Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system

Requirement Proven working experience in the financial industry Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular) Excellent organizational and time-management skills People-oriented and results-driven Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail Solid communication and interpersonal skills Basic administration skills Able to develop and expand the relevant network
