We are searching for a highly motivated individual that can take a data first approach to managing our eLearning websites & track the user journey through out the site. You will be responsible for tracking & reporting each user on the eLearning sites & assist with business development for BoomerangFX Learn based on market research & user analysis.

· Manage and oversee the reporting for BoomerangFX Learn & Corporate Portal

· Liaise with senior management to provide analysis of users/market to create data-driven marketing plans

· Conduct database analysis on eLearning market to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement

- T) J6 Y4 M+ [4 ^· Have a process oriented approach, able to assist data transformations through process mapping, analyzing & optimizing

· Segmentation of users based on product in Hubspot

· Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions

Job Requirements:

" n* P1 e6 U; s: s  B9 i7 w1 uBachelor, master's degree preferred in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related business or quantitative discipline, master's degree preferred
1-3 Years of Experience.
% Q2 K9 @6 }0 j3 zExperience with actuarial software, ResQ, is highly valued.
Computer programming knowledge and experience (ResQ, VBA, SAS, R/Python or other programming languages).
/ y# a/ d4 x* K* i2 W4 N/ e+ JUnderstanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
Strong Word and Excel skills.
Demonstrated intent or progress on SaaS, SQL, AWS or Azure certificate is preferred
Strong interest in pursuing a career in the field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, business administration, marketing, public relations, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (we value teamwork and collaboration)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro (Required)
