Manager in Credit Risk Management Department

: N! u1 J4 C4 SMain Duties and Responsibilities:
7 t) |" W/ [' S  I‧Assist in after-lending management
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
, [) l4 r2 m( y/ `' w‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

8 r( a2 H' N6 \7 \: D( JQualifications and Experiences:
‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
* K; k; [+ }  _; a' f! _& @‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
