‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.1 C1 _1 i' |5 o. z& f" b
‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
, [) l4 r2 m( y/ `' w‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies., I o. i6 e- @2 V2 k- `4 c
8 r( a2 H' N6 \7 \: D( JQualifications and Experiences:/ Y4 D; r( h0 W" |# ]8 L/ b% K# u# ]; G
‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;- G0 d. [5 ?, |2 s# D+ K1 q
‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.6 j( i$ ~+ e- t! {1 [8 y; z
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
* K; k; [+ } _; a' f! _& @‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.3 I% h4 z4 M3 j6 P9 f. Z* C
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.8 M& [3 R* D/ D
‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions. n$ C$ N: ], M* y- |5 T
‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements. ( i5 ^! @+ a9 q# e2 Q* E$ ~
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.! u( F6 U5 K* I. O
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
