工作内容：
JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

. T0 S9 N& m  D6 cKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
% G( [! }  Y1 W4 `+ [3 M# ^8 M/ y# f-Review the daily production schedule.
5 [, O) g3 p7 ^! x7 B! V# @1 p-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
8 y* f2 j. A5 N6 _$ U% s-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
6 j+ B7 s) ^1 u; z5 e& |-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
# z4 d) p8 F' V1 u8 C. k" H  w-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
- z/ c6 |3 H& C# I- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
  \+ p: K" ~( p: r5 a7 U+ Q& P-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
# D2 n5 J1 C, ]! L2 i# k! l-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
