工作内容：
3 ^! U3 L* j$ g# Q1 G4 l8 r% ~, M! sKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
! ~( _( A) @8 [$ I6 O& m0 x7 I; o-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
" S4 o' B' e" U; D7 S-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
! d! Z* Q9 ?" a$ C# ^-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
% J* g8 [. ~( _, h; Q' O-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
+ ?, v6 j0 f7 P6 M. I/ \5 z- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
; p2 _: r# P' D, Y-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
" j+ l; q* L8 x2 {3 @) n* z9 _6 j" h- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
/ E) s, Q' Y0 g- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
! n* J/ i' a0 L- f3 B; h3 E4 _- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
6 N: ^: Z, q/ Z' p-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
4 z. s7 A4 `0 t( u" G5 _2 b1 `5 f5 y9 }-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.

) z* J$ S5 v( G0 t-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
