• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
" m7 x& B) y4 U2 {1 a; d• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
5 g' ]2 F# z4 o3 u' R& M) i• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
- |+ a3 T, }4 l% K. H• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
• Other duties may be assigned

Our requirements
  X! q' h5 H2 u2 \# v, d% W• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
