Operations Officer - Administration (Mississauga)
Full time experienced Operations Officer - Administration is needed for a transportation company in Mississauga.

Working hour: 37.5/week

& ?0 w9 P' }% p. Z) S" X7 H! vOrganizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Scope of responsibilities include:
/ }) S, ]& Q* p; F/ O" A* kCoordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
1 [' c+ L  B$ r* j) W6 v. r4 c" NAssist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
3 T& P" y( t. p5 @, U# b% lSchedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

要求：
, I4 F1 D9 u9 W6 S$ G/ s; ]: o有較強的組織能力，基本的電腦操作技能，嚴謹，靈活變通，操流利英語，普通話及廣東話。

職責範圍包括：

協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
