工作内容：
JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review the daily production schedule.
) K) w% O/ f$ J+ H: w, e  l-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
9 \5 W6 N! M% I! i-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
9 t* p) i* Z" F-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
4 E% N2 u0 j( J$ X0 Q( ?) e6 c* V& B- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
+ T6 F6 @" N  B- `  G  |3 }-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
# l" {+ f1 u$ F! P; W-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
2 [3 w8 Y9 R' ~- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
2 T  t  \7 `$ ?-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
5 H; d2 y$ ]+ c9 g4 {9 n  g-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
* {. f' B" H" t4 S, U- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
