! X$ Y" J, G" M& _  d$ YKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
) n) E! }4 l3 o* K) G( @-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
! y$ m8 Q& ~& q) T-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
8 _9 g* m# b7 r* p5 t/ _3 @8 ^- o-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
6 U: E0 u" F9 {3 r7 E-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
& a3 U, H" K* n! i-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
, o3 q: Z' H! }0 d* m/ T. o- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
5 f% }& Z8 t; H0 Z- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
9 h4 ^+ }/ J# e5 |: Y8 i8 z- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
  }# M( X  K4 F% b2 f-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
( Q: A$ {" n+ f) d6 {! e6 N-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
" s- A: Z6 ?! E, l9 e-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
0 r) P# G; h( A  |- ]  [1 D- w) y2 c-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.

-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
