We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Sales assistant duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Key Responsibilities
4 x3 S+ N/ i; x0 S: bWelcome and greet customers  in professional manner
, M" q9 [, f9 ]- j  K( @0 V! f! fPick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
+ E6 l% O1 h/ jTo determine specific scheduling requirements.
7 |6 b/ {7 j, H) z* }5 _, EBuild up and retain a long relationship with the client
4 n( |+ P, s; h/ D/ P) ?& J+ FRecommend and display items that match customer needs
' L2 W/ H0 O) p* |4 ZProcessing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system

Proven working experience in the financial industry
People-oriented and results-driven
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
9 E5 k5 Y* N8 P$ Q( k2 KSolid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administration skills
9 E  o% k& y& g( I( Y6 ZAble to develop and expand the relevant network
