We are searching for a highly motivated individual that can take a data first approach to managing our eLearning websites & track the user journey through out the site. You will be responsible for tracking & reporting each user on the eLearning sites & assist with business development for BoomerangFX Learn based on market research & user analysis.

· Manage and oversee the reporting for BoomerangFX Learn & Corporate Portal

  p& X6 ^( H& T7 t1 \· Liaise with senior management to provide analysis of users/market to create data-driven marketing plans

2 k1 c) U5 a, J. N+ H3 j· Conduct database analysis on eLearning market to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement

5 W" R% _, q" n1 L5 X· Have a process oriented approach, able to assist data transformations through process mapping, analyzing & optimizing

· Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions

Bachelor, master's degree preferred in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related business or quantitative discipline, master's degree preferred
1-3 Years of Experience.
, h3 E; g* Y# D4 G& y2 jExperience with actuarial software, ResQ, is highly valued.
Computer programming knowledge and experience (ResQ, VBA, SAS, R/Python or other programming languages).
8 Q+ {  I1 r) I8 b% F4 ^Understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
Strong Word and Excel skills.
/ l3 i. y7 q4 ^2 y- D: KDemonstrated intent or progress on SaaS, SQL, AWS or Azure certificate is preferred
3 w+ n' p4 v. tStrong interest in pursuing a career in the field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, business administration, marketing, public relations, etc.)
