• Provide administrative support to the sales team
  M% c# E' x/ O9 V/ s# ?! `; x• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
• Create and update various reports
0 A% X' m$ D9 L0 W• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
+ k+ F  O4 b5 k  F9 S' q; a• Other duties may be assigned

• Annual salary from $30 000 to $35 000

1 m' L( j- u1 l' @* y/ r6 l& b8 R• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  u; w/ h/ W' t6 H• Able to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
+ m% L( h1 a" h/ _. G" }• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
