basically four resources:

- Order to cash, ideally this person is specialized in SD and CRM and understand how the service order processing
- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.

/ E# W$ [& a- {  U- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
