Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Canada) invites applications for the following position:

Manager in Credit Risk Management Department

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
‧Assist in after-lending management
  }) ?" _: L5 {‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
/ A7 [* T3 f8 A‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
- Y1 d( n- h$ A‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

; a2 i5 c. p. SQualifications and Experiences:
5 z6 o3 z& V3 {& N/ Q$ x‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
# n$ Q) K3 ~& T; f+ F  `' X2 O3 e1 h‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
# e( B( U# O; y9 m' G‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
" a+ ~- b: S1 F! Q‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.

‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
